Suitopia offers free shipping worldwide on all orders above $250! On orders under $250, we charge a fee of $20. Fabric samples ship for free.

Your order will be hand-made by our highly skilled tailors in about 2-3 weeks.

Express production is absolutely possible, but not guaranteed. Please e-mail any express production requests to customerservice@suitopia.com.

Clothing orders are delivered directly to your doorstep by DHL. Delivery from our tailors to you usually takes 2-4 days. Your garments are professionally packaged in wrinkle-free plastic to avoid damage.

When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from Suitopia with tracking information allowing you to follow your order.

Fabric sample orders are sent by post maximum 4 business days after the order is placed. If you order a jacket/coat and trousers within 10 days of receiving your sample order, Suitopia will refund to you!
