The purchasing process
Here at Suitopia, you are able to design and order the tailor made suit you have always wanted. Ordering from Suitopia is very simple:
Step 1: Choosing your product
The first step in the ordering process is to choose your product. Product type can be chosen on the front page as well as on the design page.
Step 2: Choosing your design
Create the design you want! There are a large number of design options available. The default options are for modern and trendy products.
Step 3: Choice of fabric
Here you can choose between the vast number of fabrics available at Suitopia. Fabrics are available in many colors and weaves – from the classic to the really exclusive.
Step 4: Add-ons
Here you can personalise your suit or jacket! Choose to have your initials embroidered on the inner pocket or add a waistcoat.
Step 5: Summary
Here you get an overview of all the choices you have made.
Step 6: Your measurements
In this step, you take and enter your measurements so your suit can be sewn specifically for your body. Note: follow the instructions carefully and be exact when you take the measurements, as these measurements are what determines the fit of your garment.
Step 7: Payment
When you have completed and sent your order you will come to the payment step. We offer payment by VISA, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. When you have completed your payment your order will be sent to production. Once the order is placed, you can track it by logging into your account at www.suitopia.com
Step 8: Production and delivery
Your order will now be produced by our tailor and after about 3 weeks delivered directly to your delivery address. We use Fedex for our transports and you can easily follow your order through the tracking system at www.fedex.com Your order is professionally packaged by the tailor in order not to be damaged during the transport.
If you order fabric samples these will be sent to you by post within 2-4 days after the order is paid for.
Step 9: Adjustments
If you need to adjust your garment you can take it to local tailor and get your adjustments done. Suitopia will refund 30 EUR of this cost, if you send in a copy of your receipt to us.
