Your order will be hand-made by our highly skilled tailors in about 2-3 weeks.

Clothing orders are delivered directly to your doorstep by DHL. Delivery from our tailors to you usually takes 2-4 days. Your garments are professionally packaged in wrinkle-free plastic to avoid damage.

When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from Suitopia with tracking information allowing you to follow your order.

Fabric sample orders are sent by post maximum 4 business days after the order is placed. If you order a jacket/coat and trousers within 10 days of receiving your sample order, Suitopia will refund to you!

Please notice that in some countries, the logistics company sends the customs/tax invoice directly to the end customer. If that is the case with your order, please pay the invoice and send a digital copy of the invoice to us by email. We will refund 100%% of this cost immediately. This is a fee that is included in the total price that you have already paid.

Can I choose different design options than are on your website?

Of course! We are extremely flexible. Send us an e-mail with your specific requests in detail and we will notify you about whether we can do it and to what price.

When will my order be send to production?

As soon as your payment is approved, your order will be sent to production.

When will I receive my order?

Fabric samples: 3-7 days. Clothing orders: If you pay with PayPal, your order will be sent within 20 days. If you pay with any other payment solution you will receive your suit in about 2-3 weeks from the order has been paid. The delivery time may vary a bit due to choice of material, and whether we need more information regarding your order, as we do a sanity check for all measurements and will contact you if any measurement looks unreasonable.

What if my garments do not fit properly?

Do not worry, Suitopia offers all customers a perfect fit guarantee. Read more here.

Can you deliver within a given deadline to my wedding/graduation/new year’s eve party?

If you need your order in a hurry for a given date, please e-mail us at with information about your deadline.

My purchase was declined, why is that?

A credit card purchase can be declined by our payment providers (DIBS and PayPal) or your bank for a number of reasons. The most common reasons are:

- Insufficient balance on the card
- The card number, expiry date or CVC code is entered incorrectly

If your purchase is declined, try again and double check that you enter all information correctly. If the purchase is still declined, contact your bank with your transaction ID and ask why the purchase is being declined. If you have not noted your transaction ID, please contact and we will provide it for you.

Can I order with different fabrics than are on your website?

Yes, you can. If you have a specific fabric in mind that you cannot find on our website contact us and describe the fabric in detail, and attach a picture of it if possible. We will then see if we can source the fabric. You can even purchase the fabric yourself and we will arrange for shipment to our tailor. Please contact us if you have such requests and we will quote you a price.

Something looks weird or doesn’t work on your website!

If something does not look right or does not work on our website we will be very grateful if you e-mail us and tell us about it. We are constantly improving and testing our website to make sure it works optimally, but if something slips through our tests we would really like to know about it. If you find a bug on our site, we would in addition be very happy if you could provide us with what operating system and version, internet browser and version and resolution you are using so we can correct the problem as soon as possible.

When will I get my refund for ordering a suit within 10 days of receiving fabric samples?

This will be done within a couple of days after you have paid for your order. The refund is credited to the account you paid from.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. If you log into your profile at Suitopia you can see the status of your order. Until it is sent the status will be “In production”. When your order is sent the status is set to “In transit” and you will see a tracking number that you can use on to see your order’s journey to your doorstep.

What happens if I am not at home when the product is delivered?

DHL makes three attempts to deliver. DHL will try to contact you by telephone should all of these attempts fail. It is thus recommended that you leave your telephone number when placing your order. Unfortunately DHL has no possibility to deliver the product to any close-by postal service office, store etc. If you know that your product is on its way and that you will not be home, please contact DHL.

Perfect fit guarantee

Suitopia garments are hand-made by experienced tailors, based on the measurements you supply. Follow Suitopia’s measurement instructions carefully and the garments should fit - perfectly.

However, sometimes items may need to be adjusted and so Suitopia offers a perfect fit guarantee:

  1. Local tailor adjustments.

    • Complete suit -
    • Separate jacket -
    • Separate trousers -
    Any costs exceeding these must be paid by the customer. To claim adjustment refund, do the following:
    1. Take your garments to any local tailor.
    2. Have the necessary adjustments made within 20 days of receiving your order.
    3. Get a receipt from the tailor!
    4. E-mail the receipt, including your order number, to or send it by post to:

  2. If necessary adjustments are not possible, Suitopia will remake your garments.

    To claim a remake, do the following:
    1. Contact Suitopia’s customer service at within 15 days of receiving your order to determine that your garments cannot be altered by a tailor.

    2. Have your local tailor, at customer expense, fill in measurement adjustments on the measurement form that you can find and print here: Suitopia’s measurement guide. If this form is not used, Suitopia will be unable to provide you with a remake.

    3. After getting the remake approved by Suitopia, send the garments you want replaced to Suitopia within 5 days. This shipment will be paid for by the customer. Remember to include the printed and filled in adjustment form. We strongly recommend that you update your measurement profile with the adjusted measurements. This way the measurement profile will contain the correct measurements next time you order from Suitopia.

Get measured

It is fast and easy to get measured at Suitopia. Just follow the instructions and you will get a perfect fit. It will take you 10 minutes to get a fit better than the standard.

What you need:

  • Measurement tape. If you do not have one you can order fabric samples and get one for free!

  • Someone to measure you.

  • What to wear: Wear a shirt, a pair of trousers that fit you well and shoes.
