What is included in the price?

Everything is included in the price, including free freight worldwide and all import costs.

Can I choose different design options than are on your website?

Of course! We are extremely flexible. Send us an e-mail with your specific requests in detail and we will notify you about whether we can do it and to what price.

When will my order be send to production?

As soon as your payment is approved, your order will be sent to production.

When will I receive my order?

Fabric samples: 3-7 days

Clothing orders: If you pay with PayPal, you will receive your order within 20 days, if you pay with any other payment solution you will receive your suit in about 3-4 weeks from the order has been paid. The delivery time may vary a bit due to choice of material, and whether we need more information regarding your order, as we do a sanity check for all measurements and will contact you if any measurement looks unreasonable.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. If you log into your profile at Suitopia you can see the status of your order. Until it is sent the status will be “In production”. When your order is sent the status is set to “In transit” and you will see a tracking number you can use to see your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Can you deliver within a given deadline to my wedding/graduation/new year’s eve party?

If you need your order in a hurry within a given date, please e-mail us at customerservice@suitopia.com with information about your deadline. We will then contact our tailor to see if we can make the given deadline.

My purchase was declined, why is that?

A credit card purchase can be declined by our payment providers (DIBS and PayPal) or your bank for a number of reasons. The most common reasons are:

  • Insufficient balance on the card
  • The card number, expiry date or CVC code is entered incorrectly

    If your purchase is declined, try again and double check that you enter all information correctly. If the purchase is still declined, contact your bank with your transaction ID and ask why the purchase is being declined. If you have not noted your transaction ID, please contact customerservice@suitopia.com and we will provide it for you.

    Can I order with different fabrics than are on your website?

    Yes, you can. If you have a specific fabric in mind that you cannot find on our website contact us and describe the fabric in detail, and attach a picture of it if possible. We will then see if we can source the fabric. You can even purchase the fabric yourself and we will arrange for shipment to our tailor. Please contact us if you have such requests and we will quote you a price.

    When will I get my refund for ordering a suit within 10 days of receiving fabric samples?

    This will be done within a couple of days after you have paid for your order. The refund is credited to the account you paid from.

    Something looks weird or doesn’t work on your website!

    If something does not right or does not work on our website we will be very grateful if you e-mail us and tell us about it. We are constantly improving and testing our website to make sure it works optimally, but if something slips through our tests we would really like to know about it. If you find a bug on our site, we would in addition be very happy if you could provide us with what operating system and version, internet browser and version and resolution you are using so we can correct the problem as soon as possible.

    What happens if I am not at home when the product is delivered?

    FedEx makes three attempts to deliver. FedEx will contact Suitopia should all of these attempts fail. Unfortunately FedEx has no possibility to deliver the product to any close-by postal service office, store etc. If you know that your product is on its way and that you will not be home, please contact FedEx.
